commentI had a lawsuit against 3 defendants than spanned over the last 8 years. He was hired by one of the defendants. All three agreed to settle and I agreed on the amount as he stated it would take 3 weeks for me to get paid. That was on September first. October 20th and everyone paid except his client which is a bank. He does not return phone calls by both me or my attorney. I will be contacting the bank myself, the State Bar and Pam Bondi as he obviously won't follow up. A lawyer like this makes all lawyers look bad!
