commentMr. Rusing is a criminal, creates legal circumstances for unsuspecting clients and then swoops in to save the day. Females do not have safe counsel with this firm as Rusing Lopez and Lizardi covers up for their sexual assaults with denials and further re assaults victims with dismissals of mental illness. Shame on all involved with or endorsing this counterfeit counsel made up of criminals.
