This Lawyer was hired by my Husband’s sister ( executor of estate) to change my father-in-law’s will. My father-in-law’s medical records stated years ago he suffered from dementia and his sister knew it. Seems this Lawyer didn’t care. He just took the word of her 2 witnesses, who profited by testifying he was competent. She gave them land that adjoined theirs. It was her own cousin and his wife.She had my 100 year old father-in-law’s will changed to suit her. With her profiting the most. She had my Husband completely written out of the will. We had to hire our own lawyer. By we I mean my husband, myself, my brother-in-law and his wife.To contest the will our Lawyer wanted a $75,000 dollar deposit, just to start with. We couldn’t afford that and his estate wasn’t worth it. So our Lawyer came up with something else. It cost us $25,000 dollars to at least get part of their inheritance. In my opinion, this lawyer is an ambulance chaser. He makes weekly trips to the nursing homes in our area to change the nursing home residents wills. There are no other words to describe a person like him.
