Advocates for Justice, teaching other attorneys in the state how to successfully represent undocumented clients in their workers’ compensation claims. She also planned a CLE on workers’ compensation for the N.C. Bar Association. Casey speaks Spanish, as well as Modern Standard and Egyptian Arabic. She is an active community volunteer, working most notably with animal rescue groups to find homes for abandoned animals and also participating in mission work through her church.
