Attorney Romano Shain is not located at 6 Washington St Sanford ME, mail was returned undeliverable and unable to forward. She easily pled away juvenile cases where further debate would have allowed exculpation and allowed investigation into abuse and false reports at the Maine Youth Center, she pled to a case which, as her client, I was not informed of was pending, and can only say the Court record was destroyed by Biddeford District Court, so it was likely vacated as a conviction, likely allowing Maine to shirk it's responsibility to a ward of the State as well, she has not provided videos of a restraint to me which would show misconduct or allude to it and present with false reports by juvenile staffers who engaged in excessive force at Maine Department of Corrections while housing inmates in a local adult jail pod at Cumberland County Jail and in isolation. Maine also disregarded a Habeus Corpus petition at the time JV00454 Cumberland...etc
