commentHired this lawyer in spring of 2013. He required an exorbitant retainer and claimed he was an "expert" in the field of real estate litigation. He was the most ruthless and unethical attorney you could ever imagine. It turns out he was very good friends with the opposing council without telling me. Highly unethical! He kept pressuring me for more and more money even though I paid him in advance. He lost my entire file of my supporting documents and showed up 3 hours late for my trial. He was totally unprepared with NONE OF MY FILES! He totally lost my case and I lost my entire lifes savings because of this ruthless and highly dishonest attorney! I wasn't even able to file an appeal, because he told me not to pay for a court reporter thus no transcripts! Please please never this scheming, unethical attorney!
