Bio:Since graduating from Columbia University School of Law in 1977, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, Paul H. Levinson has had broad experience in civil and criminal litigation. Since 1985, as an associate and then a member of Leavy Rosensweig & Hyman (and its predecessor firms), and now as a partner at McLaughlin & Stern, Mr. Levinson has litigated on a wide range of civil and commercial matters including corporate partnership and contractual business disputes; civil and constitutional rights; intellectual property; literary property; publishing, art and entertainment law; employment discrimination; insurance defense; defamation; restrictive covenants; civil RICO; and real property.
