commentMy children were unfortunately appointed this lawyer during a grueling and still ongoing custody battle. He is biased and so incompetent, the father of my children was physically abusive to my children and myself, and Mr. Madera did not care to even listen what abuse my children were subjected to and he made it very clear that he doesn't believe in separating fathers from their children even after reading through evidence and interviewing the children and other family members. He is very sexist against women and doesn't care to take into consideration valid evidence and testimonies. Anyone who is represented by this pathetic accuse of a lawyer please beware. He does not care and is so ignorant. His ego is what matters, and he doesn't care to do the right thing.
