Most definitely less than professional. This woman should be reported to the bar. She is underhanded, less than honest, and not concerned with justice. As a 'court appointed' attorney, her expertise seems to be in the practice of 'intimidation' rather than concerning herself with justice. I have in 56 years never met such a horrible acting person when "in the line of duty" , and to get away with it in my small town is reprehensible. She will lie to you, tell you on site "she is done with you" - refuse to bring your witness(es) to court. She is rude and 'yells' at you as if you are 'less than human' stating, "Its not good defensive strategy!" twice when I confront her about my witness not being brought in for trial. Our two meetings were brief and during the 1st one I had to ask her to please lower her voice and remind her that I could "hear". She was a little taken aback as I called it too her attention, and stated she had a "problem" with being too loud. The only time she actually lowered her voice noticeably was right before trial, she stated that the "Judge had sent a memo not too waste the courts time" indicating that maximum sentences would be given at trial in exchange. The whole experience was humiliating because I knew I was not even guilty of the violation. When you combine "too loud", rude, underhanded, and seemingly no spirit, you don't get a fair chance to prove yourself with her. She has no compassion, no heart, and you won't be represented properly. I could have done better myself. Seriously.
