Bio:Scott Burton has broad experience in all aspects of environmental law including water, waste and air permitting, transactional due diligence and defense of numerous federal and state enforcement actions, as well as various aspects of environmental and energy-related regulation. He represents clients in the energy, mining, chemicals and a variety of other industries, including both U.S.-based companies and international clients based in Asia, Canada and Europe.
