Bio:Toni Maschler is a first-generation American and former school teacher who is a sympathetic yet tenacious advocate. Appellate victories include obtaining reversals or remands of erroneous asylum denials and erroneously denied or revoked petitions including I-130 petitions for alien relatives and applications for reinstatement to student status.
