I am helping in a case where WIlliam Benjamin is Minors Council. I am shocked at how much a person can outright lie in court. And an attorney no less. The information will be provided to anyone who asks. He did not talk to one side of the litigation at all, only talked to the attorney and party on the other side. He refused to tell the court what the kids desire was contrary to law. He called parent a liar for not disclosing that her brother stayed with her, according to his testimony, yet he had spoken to brother when he was staying with his sister, as the CPS reports showed. He told court that the mother shot a dog, when in fact the dog was put down by a neighbor after several attacks (as the Deputy himself stated in testimony and as the police report showed), and after consulting Animal Welfare Services to find out how to have a vicious dog put down. He told the court that mother tried to change schools without telling anyone, yet nothing shows that at all. To name a few aggregious things. Point is, lawyers lie, and if you hire this one, he may lie for you, until he lies for the other side. I guess you take your chances.
