In addition to state and federal lawsuits, he frequently defends employers against charges, investigations and complaints in executive branch agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, State Human Rights Department, United States Department of Labor, and Washington Department of Labor and Industries. Mr. Lundgren successfully applies his legal knowledge and experience to assist his clients with internal and external employment investigations, risk avoidance and compliance matters involving issues such as employment discrimination, workplace harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wrongful discharge, wage and hour laws and regulations, leave rights, prevailing wage issues, labor law compliance, union election campaigns and handbook policy formation. Mr. Lundgren has been admitted to practice in a number of courts across the country, including the State of Washington, United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, and United States Supreme Court.
