Worst GAL ever! -

commentWe had Carrie Miljevich as our GAL to represent our children. There was domestic violence involved in the divorce. I provided her with 82 pages of evidence. There was also many uncomfortable situations with my older daughter (14 years old). She promised me she would call people - she promised me she would talk to my daughter. She did nothing. This is the GAL that my ex's attorney requested and she agreed with his attorney on almost everything. She wouldn't return my phone calls or emails. She wrote her letter of recommendation to the Court with lies including things I never told her. Her recommendation made no sense. She specifically told me it wasn't her job as GAL to investigate anything. It was the Judge's. Since then, I've reported her to the Wisconsin Supreme Court and they are doing their own investigation.
