commentThe communication skills of Mrs. Sumter is very poor. The first experience that we had with Ferguson and Stein was a good one but not this time. We do refer people to Ferguson and Stein but we won't be anymore. Being professional Mrs. Sumter should be more organized. She does things on her time when she fill that people cases are not as important. Every Client is important. She will set dates to call back and sometimes see don't follow up with the call backs. Ferguson and Stein is very expensive and if they can't do the job in a professional way they should refer the client to another Lawyer.
