Matt also advises clients with respect to planned charitable giving strategies and business creation, trademark filings for businesses, business operations, business contracts and succession planning. Matt, originally from Ohio, obtained his J.D. from Ohio Northern University and then went on to get his LLM in Taxation from the University of Miami, a specialized law degree focusing solely on tax law.
