This law firm is terrible. Both Samantha Holloway and Tiffany Bell are incompetent and unprofessional. I hired them to assist me in a custody case and not only were they not able to help but they actually made things worse. Their response time is terrible and takes 2-3 weeks for an email correspondence. More importantly they lack integrity and consistency in their billing processes. For the first two months I received a monthly recap showing what work had been completed and what I was charged. Then it stopped-for 5 months. In January 2020 I received an invoice for "work that was done" in October and November 2019. Work that I was not aware of and never agreed to. Also, work that should have been included in a monthly recap so I would be aware of the charges at the time of versus 2-3 months later. When I tried to dispute the charges they withdrew from my case which left me to represent myself at an upcoming court date. They then proceeded to sue me for the invoice that they didn't want to address despite my attempts to dispute it with them prior to their withdraw. The good thing is that facts don't lie. I was able to prove to the mediator their flaws in operation and terrible customer service and settled the case for less than half of what they were trying to charge me and didn't even have to go to court. Please save your time and your money and go to a law firm with a more experience and a reputable background.
