After the initial consultation he accepted my case even though he lacked experience and competency in handling a divorce with large assets and QDRO's. He failed to follow the judge's orders to find out the monetary value of of the retirement and was reprimanded by the judge. He did not inquire about his past work history, retirement accounts, IRAs or annuities, stocks or bonds. This man should be disbarred for his incompetency and poor professional performance.
