I am very disappointed with Mr.Pitaro’s performance, and especially with the rudeness of his office personnel. Perhaps he still glories on his past success --- which is truly outstanding. However, he manifested a pronounced lack of interest in this instance which had very adverse results for his client. His and his associates’ promises to client and his parents of specific results were not fulfilled, though he offered some very lame excuses after the fact. But that’s a huge ego for you. I regret to state that a Public Defender would have done a much better job. I am seriously considering reporting him to the Nevada Bar. Furthermore, one of his associates made a very derogatory remark about the private life of the presiding Judge, which turned out to be unfounded. I suppose he had to come up with an immediate excuse for his foibles. I would certainly not recommend his services.
