commentI was assaulted by the man whose name was on the wall, reported it to the most senior female attorney, my supervisor, and she told
me it was part of my job, to smile and endure it. Needless to say, I disagreed.
After being demoted for the report & resigning, I was later contacted by another victim who had sued. The case was settled when my name appeared on the witness list.
If you are female, don’t mind being fondled and having all partners look the other way (after all, the name remains on the firm), this is the place for you.
