I have been waiting for the opportunity to write a review about Schembs Law.. It was a horrible experience... Mr Schembs is mannerly but he likes to run the bill up. In my divorce case, I did not feel one ounce of being protected! Just before we were to go to the final hearing I dismissed him.... And hired another attorney... She used all the paperwork that had been documented up to that time, it wasn't until I got to the final hearing that I realized that an official document that I had given to Mr Schembs had not been submitted, but the information had been transferred to another paper and the items had been listed in hand writing, making it unofficial !!! At the final hearing I showed opposing council a copy of the document I had previously given Mr Schembs to submit in my behalf. Upon seeing the document my husbands attorney at once rested his case.... Because that original document proved that there was nothing to fight about or over... So what should have been settled out of court in a simple matter literally took MONTHS!!!! and thousands of dollars....
