Bio:Amy grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida and graduated with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1998. During her time as a student, she served as a notes and comments editor on the University of Florida Law Review. Prior to joining Older Lundy Alvarez & Koch, Amy worked at Barnett Bolt following graduation from law school and became a partner in the firm’s litigation department. Amy has experience litigating various types of business disputes, including contract, shareholder, and partnership disputes, as well as real estate, construction, and insurance coverage cases. Amy has successfully prosecuted and defended appeals and has argued before the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Florida Second District Court of Appeals.
