Bio:Artie Pennington is a founding partner of Hunt Pennington Kumar & Dula PLLC. Prior to the formation of this firm Artie spent seven years in patent preparation and prosecution, strategic patent portfolio development, assertive and defensive licensing, and litigation support. Much of this work involved supporting fabless startups and large semiconductor companies. This legal experience developed on top of Artie’s 21 years working in: semiconductor development, design, and consulting; electronic design automation; software development and consulting; and related business management.In addition to working for several semiconductor companies, Artie was fortunate to join Synopsys, a Mountain View, CA based electronic design automation and IP company with offices in Austin TX, in the infancy of the growth of its engineering practice.
