I first spoke with Audra while my dad was in litigation over some property. Let me tell u one thing. She can win . But is it worth all the lies. These people (she) will go to any lengths to lie and misuse the facts to best serve her. My sister changed my father's will three weeks before he died. Furthermore she amended a trust after that fact that he was dead. He signed a paper in 2012 yet my sister filed it in Jan of 2015. My dad died in 2014. The change was that I wouldn't recieve any money until I was 60. Or very little money. I have never one time received a Real accounting. Just a spreadsheet done by who knows. That firm must be one of the most crooked and fraudulent law firms because how can u allow something like that to occur. Furthermore she says I don't get to know how many hours they have worked on my case I just get a bill. So I have to pay for documents that are not even legal and u charge me when its your law firm allowing this, I'm sorry her father in law , law firm that allowing illegal acts to continue. Futhermore my dads estate has never even been probated. My sister had him sign a document that first off he was so weak the atty he had never met had to walk to his car for him to sign . Which if u saw the signature is hardly legible, then it left her all personal property. That was only 4 million plus. When his entire life it was always to be split equally. Then to to top that off it changed from 40 to 60 when I would receive my funds. He was already dead when it was clocked in at the courts. This is corruption at the highest level. So if u want to sell your soul to the devil she is your girl. I wouldnt trust her or that firm as far as I could see them. But they are very powerful so basically thay get away with just about anything. I'm very disappointed in her. She didnt even know my sister. I spoke with Audra while living in a cancer hotel for three years alone with my parents. She didnt know her until after the fact. I use to really admire this women. I'm so disgusted by her actions and lies that I am beside myself. She is an awful human but a very good attorney. But what price are u willing to pay. Hope this helps someone .
