Bio:Mr. Valdes received his Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law in 2000. While a student at the Florida State University College of Law, Mr. Valdes was a member and officer of the Florida State University Trial Team, served as Chief Justice of the Florida State University Student Supreme Court, received the distinguished pro bono service award and the award for academic excellence in Growth Management. Mr. Valdes has represented a variety of clients including small business owners, individuals, local governments, and well-established corporations in a wide range of matters. Mr. Valdes has been involved in complex trial matters related to contract disputes, real property disputes, landlord/tenant, bankruptcy, probate, real estate development issues, insurance coverage actions and general business litigation.
