His practice has always been largely the litigation of Marital and Family Law cases, however his experience dictates that litigation is not always necessary. This experience and belief has led him to seek training in the cutting edge area of Collaborative Divorce. Benjamin is known for his ability to help clients attempt first to reach a private and amicable solution to their family law matters, before their case escalates into costly and emotionally damaging litigation.
