commentI am a pro se plaintiff against a defendant represented by Mr. Hermes-Payne. Despite his professional and moral obligations, Mr. Hermes-Payne would not afford me any basic professional courtesies, including responding to simple correspondence from me regarding court filings. I would not recommend him to represent me.
