Bio:Mr. Wallace was born in 1953 in Knoxville, Tennessee where he was raised. He received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Emory University in 1975, and a Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law in 1978. While at Tulane, he was an editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal, and a member of Omicron Delta Kappa scholastic and leadership society.
