Bio:Attorney Buscarini grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania and attended the University of Pittsburgh, where she received a B.A. degree in social work with magna cum laude honors in 1997. She then received her Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law in 2000. While attending Widener University School of Law, her honors included Dean's List, Certificate of Achievement (for the highest grade in the class) in Federal Courts and Pennsylvania Criminal Practice, was awarded the Trial Advocacy Honor Society Award, and was elected the Trial Advocacy Honor Society President. While attending law school, Attorney Buscarini served as a Law Clerk for Handler, Henning & Rosenberg, Harrisburg, PA; a Certified Law Clerk for the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office, Harrisburg, PA; and a Legal Intern for the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Harrisburg, PA. Following graduation from law school, until 2004, Attorney Buscarini served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, representing victims of crime.
