Chad was referred to me by another lawyer who seemed to not know what he was doing in my very difficult probate I have a sibling who has mishandled and completely mismanaged the estate as well as personal household items I wanted and items and care that my father wanted for his things Chad took my case for money only I believe Chad never even saw me as a wronged human being, when this PR has lied and stolen from the estate account literally two weeks after my father died, He was referred to me by one of his students, so I believe chads attitude towards me stemmed from that Chad didn’t listen to my concerns , he was given carte Blanche control by his mentored lawyer Chad Only took control and created a single item motion that saw nothing but dollar signs No mention of personal items or the complete mishandleing of the estate by the PR They created a spread sheet of unidentified expenditures totally $70,000 Went to court and was told too bad Who cares, I’m not worthy of a more in-depth accounting u til probate close Seriously How does the courts get away with such blatant money mishandling and allowing this to happen?? Chad did nothing for me, except throw my case under the proverbial bus I was forced to relieve him of his duties immediately because I could go to court myself to be treated like this and not pay him to do it I’m still fighting this unfit PR, and forced to continue to undo the damage chad and his student has done to my incredible case!!! Probate court is nothing but a sea of fees for lawyers like chad The appropriate handling and actions of the personal representative both have zero oversight Facts which I believe must be changed!!!!! I have no justice as chads advertising banner would suggest I’m not even sure chad saw me as a human being, other that a bank account, which is the identical way his students treated me prior!! I sensed nothing of empathy or understanding of right and wrong from chad Chad had tunnel vision on the money My father died And I’m nothing but dollar signs to snohomish county, king county and chad Chad did not fight for justice for me whatsoever, when he walked away from a judge that shot him down on his single minded motion!! I’m compelled to write this negative review about a person with such standing in the community I question his motives and I hope and pray that other women don’t receive the same treatment I did I do believe there was a misogynistic tone to his “handling” of me I truly hope he is not teaching his ways to other, however I’ve already experienced that aspect of chads teachings Probate procedures are truly non existent in courts actions I’m living this aspect daily sadly and have been for over two and half years my as probate continues I hope this review changes chads approach with grieving families, because his approach sadly needs an upgrade as a human being, let alone when getting paid by a grieving client
