Hired Mr Bouslog to protect me and get help with Workers Comp. I was working when hit in the rear while I was stopped at a light. Mr. Bouslog was also doing 3 party case. I had herniated discs in back and neck. Then I started passing out daily sometimes more,right after accident no history of passing out for 10 minutes at a time. Workers Comp. decided not to give me help and I continued to pass out for the next 5 years breaking teeth out and near death for 2 years do to hitting head so much, all with no medical care from works comp or third party. Family had to move me in to take care of me. During this time Mr. Bouslog decided to believe works comp lies instead of doing his own work. Tell me to drop WC comp case " already won 1 hearing " even though I still recieved no medical. Stating he would file 3 party case which he did not do he just disappeared and drop me with no reason or help amyear later, helping the guy that hit me.Filled better business complaint Mr. Bouslog said I just wanted money? After finding out what was wrong with 7 years after accident heart was stopping. He made assumption with workers comp help. I had this pre-existing really " amazing how I have had a license since 14 and able to work all those years without killing myself. " Is Mr Bouslog that blind to the truth??? I think he was helping his self to a bigger firms WC affiliation. Once I lost everything and had to move to mainland to get real medical help I was able to see file. I sent Mr Bouslog the proof myself he was wrong he drop his lien. He knows he messed up but he does not care it's not his life and career he ruined. You can't trust him to do his best for the client Mr. Bouslog looks out for himself.
