Bio:Mr. Faiella is a partner in the law firm of Tatlow, Gump & Faiella. The firm represents injured people in negligence and insurance matters in Missouri and surrounding states. Mr. Faiella's practice focuses on cases involving injuries and insurance coverage including automobile and truck accidents, insurance coverage litigation, agent negligence, bad faith cases and other complex injury cases. He is a member of the board of the Missouri Trial Lawyer's Association (MATA), an advocate and sustaining member of the American Association of Justice (AJA).
