Bio:Christopher Ferraro joined Bailey & Peterson in 2016, after being admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2014. Before coming to the firm, he practiced both civil and criminal law. His civil work included complex civil litigation over property rights on behalf of small local governments in a dispute with the federal government. His criminal work included assisting with a murder case and major drug cases. In 2015, he co-authored a book on Colorado’s gun laws aimed at educating laymen Colorado gun owners. During law school, Chris had the privilege to write a brief in favor of certiorari filed in the U. S. Supreme Court on behalf of then Governor Lincoln Chaffee of Rhode Island. He also interned with the Honorable David M. Furman at the Colorado Court of Appeals during his second summer in law school.
