Bio:Professionally, Chris began his legal career as an intern for the Hillsborough County State Attorney while attending USF, and continued interning with Holland & Knight, in its media law department. Upon entering Stetson College of Law, Chris began an incredible clerkship with George Rahdert, Esq. who represented the St. Petersburg Times. The first case that Mr. Frey ever worked on as a law clerk was the School Board of Nassau County, Florida v. Arline, 480 U.S. 273 (1987). In Arline, the United States Supreme Court ruled that a contagious disease is a handicap under the American with Disabilities Act. The case was timely heard in the midst of the AIDS outbreak at the time and became nationally reknown as the "AIDS" case. The motion picture "Philadelphia" starring Tom Hanks is founded in this court decision. Member, Stetson University Law Review.
