Bio:	Daniel M. Root was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. Upon graduation from Garces Memorial High School in 2008, he attended the University of San Diego where he graduated in 2012 with a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a Minor in Leadership Studies.In the Fall of 2013, after working and living in San Diego and Lake Tahoe, Mr. Root began his legal studies at the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law located in Sacramento, California. While at McGeorge School of Law, Mr. Root was a Primary Editor for the University of Pacific Law Review, receiving awards for his involvement with the law journal. Mr. Root was also involved in the Administrative Law Clinic, where he was trained and certified to act as an Administrative Law Judge.
