Bio:	DAVID A. ROSENFELD earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University's Sy Syms School of Business and his Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Rosenfeld interned in the chambers of the Honorable Frederic Block in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Rosenfeld was responsible for initiating some of the largest and most significant securities and shareholder class action lawsuits since the passage of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, and developed an expertise in the area of lead plaintiff jurisprudence.
