If you abuse an elderly person, you break the law, and possibly go to jail. What this attorney did for my family, not once but twice. Let me explain. When my dad died this attorney took our case for the probate. He told us $2500.00 and no more than 4 months. We ran into an issue with family members wanting a bite out of the apple, so it took a little longer (understandable). Here's the problem, he ran that to the ground meaning he drug the time out as long as he could so that he could get a (BIGGER) paycheck. So instead of $2500 he got over 10K. I did my homework and found out that this is how BAD attorneys make big bucks, the longer the case takes or is dragged out the more he gets. I confronted him on this, if we had a will, it would have never taken as long and wanting itemized readouts, he would not give them up. Well, that was my dad's case. Unfortunately, he was hired in a case that my niece was involved as an heir of her mother in-law's estate. In this case there was a will and nobody contesting it. Well guess what it's been a year in this case and still going. It saddens me that attorneys like this one can treat people this way and sleep at night. My dad died 4/20 my mom died 10/21 I am in probate again, but we are going according to quote, and it only cost the $2500 as said by new attorney and old. So, PEOPLE PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH THERE ARE GOOD HONEST ATTORNEYS OUT THERE...
