commentToday is a very bad day, dean border lost the case and my Mother was sent to prison and lost Custody of her children, dean border is a monstor and LIAR. we paid him a lot of money and the representation he provided was very bad. he told us and promised us everything would be fine that he handles this type of stuff all the time and knows the judge well. and kept telling us the most she will get is probation and maybe some community hours. well that was not the case and my mom was sentenced to 5 years. she was offered a please deal in the beginning for 6 months but dean said to say no and refuse it. that we had an excellent case. and fora few thousand dollars he could win it with no problems. he lied and took our money and now my mom will not see her family for half a decade. something must be done to stop this man! for harming another family or other persons again.
