commentDon't waste your time and energy by going to this lawyer. He is just copy, paste and replace lawyer. He is very impatient to answer any questions or discuss what you need. He don't even know the basics ,which everyone can find just by googling. He gave misinformation and misguided me in my trust creation. I found this in Forbes which describes him exactly!!
"So why do planners title trust and entities this way? There is not any law that says the client's name must be used, so the only conclusion must be that it is some combination of convenience, force of habit, and laziness."
