Bio:	I am an Arkansas native and love working with Seniors. My family had a business in Northeast Arkansas, so I had a "job" from the time I was born until now. My wife and I have both practiced law for 30+ years and our law firm practices primarily in the area of Elder Law. Specifically in our office, we work with the "kids" (age 50 - 65) who have parents that are in the Nursing Home now or are going to a Nursing Home soon. The goal of these adult kids is usually to help their parent get the best care possible. If facility care is required, we often help the family locate an appropriate facility in thier area of the state AND help them preserve as many assests as possible. Your Mom & Dad may have worked hard their entire life, accumulated a few assets and now want to pass those assets to their children.
