Bio:	Hostetler began his legal career in 1994 as a runner for the highly regarded Kentucky medical malpractice firm of Franklin & Hance, P.A. (now Franklin Law Group PSC), where Larry Franklin, a member of the esteemed Inner Circle of Advocates, made an excellent mentor and was Eric's inspiration to pursue a career in law. After receiving notification of his acceptance into the Florida Coastal School of Law, Eric moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 1997. While attending law school at night he worked for the personal injury firm Brown Terrell and Hogan (now Terrell Hogan) in Jacksonville. After graduation, Eric began working for the commercial law firm of Hiday & Ricke, P.A. in Jacksonville. While at Hiday and Ricke, Eric handled civil hearings, conducted over three hundred depositions in aid of execution and managed small claims matters all across the State of Florida. In 2004, Eric relocated to Brevard County and worked for the commercial firm Vance, Lotane & Bookhardt, P.A. in Cocoa. At Vance & Lotane, Eric conducted over one hundred discovery depositions, over fifty non-jury trials individually, participated in hundreds of mediations in cases ranging in value from a few thousand to over half a million dollars, handled collection matters where he prosecuted replevins, garnishments and foreclosures and litigated cases all across the State of Florida.
