Bio:Erin is a graduate of Indiana University (with high distinction) and the Ohio State University College of Law (with honors). Erin was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Society and to the Order of the Coif, a national honor society for law school graduates. She is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Her practice focuses on governmental law/municipal law, civil rights, insurance coverage, employment, construction, premises liability, and personal injury litigation. Before joining Green & Green Lawyers in 1997, Erin practiced with a small insurance and civil defense firm in Toledo.
