commentThe $3,200.00 balance of my unused trust/retainer fee was not returned. At my request she formally withdrew her representation of me in December of 2018. She never returned my owed balance after telling me the check was in the mail. As of September 2019 I have a NY small claims court total judgment amount of $3,431.46 owed to me by Eurydice Kelley.
