After receiving his J.D. from the University of Memphis Law School in 1973, Frank left the banking field to practice law. From 1963 to 1974, he was a navigator in the U.S. Air Force and the Tennessee Air National Guard when he flew missions all over the world, including Vietnam.Frank started his law career in Bowling Green, Kentucky in 1974 with Mr. Marshall Funk until Mr. Funk's retirement in 1980. He was a former Assistant County Attorney and was elected by his peers to be on the Judicial Nominating Committee for Warren County where he has served since 1999. He remained a solo practitioner until 2006 when he joined Kerrick, Stivers, Coyle & Van Zant, PLC.Frank was past president of the Bowling Green High School PTO and on the Site-Based committee.
