Terrible lawyer and an even worse person. Fred referred to me as his residual income, which ended up for me being almost 70k in fees. He colluded with the opposing attorney, who ended up being one of his friends that they go to church together. This is the scenario. The opposing lawyer had not answered the discovery or interrogatories on time. We file a motion to compel against him. Or atleast so I thought. Instead of doing the right thing Fred gave the motion to compel to his friend lawyer, and claims he sent the copy to the courthouse via first class mail. He could t show me a receipt for it being sent, just told me I had to trust him. The courthouse never received the motion to compel(which is a block away from his office)…. But the opposing lawyer did. He did all this to keep him from getting sanctions against himself. He missed deadlines. He will back you into corners of unwanted settlement and the. Tell you that your being unreasonable for not taking the settlement. He will pass your work of to another incompetent lawyer( at the same 375$hr cost) but then spend hours going over the work they did. All while charging you double time for his helps work and his work. Save yourself from spending a dime with him. He doesn’t follow directions well at all, and doesn’t care about his clients what so ever. Go somewhere else
