In now more than 10 years I have never spoken directly to Gary Carlin. This is the absolutely worst Firm. They are extremely unprofessional. They do nothing for you. They do not speak with you directly and never return your calls. They are always in a meeting or in court. They have horrible unprofessional customer service. They literally laugh in face while you are seeking resolve. They file your case and then put liens against you to get paid. The firm split however I now believe I stayed with the wrong lawyer. I at least had a few meetings with the previous partner. They don't fight for you. They don't care about their clients. They don't care about your physical wellbeing. They don't help you get treatment or therapy. They have a new staff every other week. I don't know what else to do. My daughter passed away and I am trying to resolve all outstanding matters. This firms lacks compasion and the will to help those who are at their mercy. I not mention my name for fear of them dropping my case to only start over as I am at the end of my rope. I don't understand how they could treat anyone like this.
