Bio:Mr. Oliver attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he served as the Undergraduate Attorney General; and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies in 1996. While at Chapel Hill, he was inducted into the Order of the Golden Fleece. He also attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, where he earned his law degree with Honors in 1999.
