Bio:Harris is a founding member of the firm which he helped to form over fifty years ago. Throughout his long and distinguished career, Harris has successfully tried to verdict countless jury and non-jury trials, as well as arbitrations, on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. His trial experience has a wide array of substantive legal areas, including personal injury, criminal defense, and commercial litigation. Early in his career, from 1959-1960, Harris also was a Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania.    Most recently, Harris has been active in alternative dispute resolution, having been certified as and Arbitrator by both the Common Pleas Court, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and  American Arbitration Association; Following his appointment as Honorary Consul General for the Republic of Korea after appointment by the U. S. State Department and the government of Seoul, Korea, Harris has been active in Korean Community affairs in Pennsylvania, developing programs using political and business connections directed to furthering cooperation between Korean and Pennsylvania business in order to mutually expand their markets, and acting as a liaison with the New York Consul General and the Pennsylvania Korean Community.
