Bio:Mr. Tuthill graduated from St. Lawrence University in 1969 and received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1972. He is a frequent writer and guest lecturer on a variety of estate planning topics, a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the American Bar Association and Connecticut Bar Association.
