commentJaclene is a good choice of lawyers if you are interested in administering or defending a large estate. However, if you wish to contest a clearly fraudulent will connected to a modest estate, wish not to take a small fractionary settlement that is less than your legal fees, look somewhere else for someone to promote your interests. As your case goes on, she will escalate and churn up your fees past the limits of Quantum Meruit (reasonable costs of work performed and progress made on a case commensurate with the stakes) and then attempt to use the large fee accumulation as an incentive to force settlement.
